Cannot reset password

If you have tried using the password reset option, and you are not getting an email, there are 2 likely reasons:

  1. Your email system is identiying the emails from Moodle as Spam or Junk - check your Spam or Junk Folders, for the emails.
  2. Your email address was incorrectly added to the system, when your account was created - speak to your tutor.
